We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

This policy applies to autosnap.ee and AutoSnap photography services. We do not sell your personal data. If you accept non-essential cookies, measurement data is sent to Google via the Google Ads tag.

If you book or contact us by phone, email or the website inquiry form: name and email (if you give them), phone number (if you call), the content of your message, and any services you select (e.g. vehicle details, requested service, time).

When you visit the website: language and cookie-consent storage are always used. If you accept, Google Ads may receive technical and device data for ad measurement. We do not run Google Analytics 4.

Performance of a contract or steps prior to it: managing bookings and providing the service.

Legitimate interest: website security, answering enquiries (including form submissions) and customer communication.

Consent: non-essential cookies, if you accept them.

Legal obligation: accounting and tax records (invoices are kept for the period required by Estonian law, typically 7 years).

If you choose essential only, the tag can still load under Consent Mode with storage denied (no ads cookies).

We do not use Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics 4.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect language selection. Clearing site data may also remove your stored consent preference.

We keep contact data only as long as needed to provide the service and reply to your enquiry, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required by law.

Accounting documents are retained according to the Estonian Accounting Act.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, receive a copy (portability), and object where processing is based on legitimate interest.

You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.
